Initiate Your Return
Log into your Meta account and visit your Order History to select the items you wish to return and generate a return request.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the Meta Store support portal.
Pack Your Device
Place your Meta device and all original accessories into the original packaging, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the label attached.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed, typically within 5-7 business days.
